5 Amazing Juice Recipes The Entire Family Will Love

Updated: May 13, 2020

So first thing‘s first. In order to start juicing, you’ll need a high power juicer. Now, do not confuse high power, with a high price. I hesitated so long on buying a juicer because I thought they were extremely expensive and a ton of complex pieces to clean. However, leave it to amazon and their customer’s honest ratings. I searched and searched for the perfect juicer for the perfect price and ¡Voila! My Bagotte Juicer Machine for less than $50 😍🙌🏾!

Next, you’ll want to get all your fruits and veggies, I’ve put together a Juicing For Beginners Shopping List! Make sure you download it for free and take it with you on your next shopping trip.

Let‘s not forget this amazingly convenient 16 oz. glass bottles which I also snagged on amazon [cute kid not included] 🤗

Prepare your fruit

...always wash your fruit, one of my favorite concoction to clean my fruit includes filling the sink with some lukewarm water, adding a few drops of Dr. Bronner’s Castile Soap and a few tablespoons of distilled white vinegar. if I’m feeling fancy I’ll add a few drops of my oregano essential oils. (I’ll do a separate post over my favorite essential oils for around the house.)

1. Peel your citrus fruits (Unless you like STRONG citrus flavors.

2. Cut everything small enough to fit in the mouth of your juicer.

(Note: all recipes are for 8oz. Servings. Just double each ingredient for a full 16 oz. juice)

Alright, let’s jump right in.

This first juice will make you forget you're getting your daily dose of veggies. If you are anything like me I absolutely hate taking supplements. I much rather get my vitamins straight from the source, through healthy fruits & veggies. This recipe won’t steer you wrong.

1. Green Supreme

•2 cups of Kale

•1 Stalk of Celery

•1 Green Apple

•1/3 lemon (peeled)

I like to start with one of each fruit and vegetable and increase with equal parts (you can start off with more lemon if you like sour drinks)

2. Amazing Beet

•1 Small Beet

•1 Red Apple

•1 Carrot

What makes all of these recipes so easy is there is no exact way to measure your fruits and vegetables, alter your measurements to taste. If you need less beet and more apples then do what works for your taste buds. (Hint: that’s what I did!)

This next recipe I named The Pink Lady Grapefruit has incredible health benefits: the grapefruit is high in vitamin C, which has been shown to be beneficial to helping people recover more quickly from common colds while protecting cells from harmful bacteria & viruses. This fruit loaded with Vitamin A which helps protect against inflammation and infectious diseases. Grapefruits also provide small amounts of B vitamins, zinc, copper, and iron, all working together to support the immune system function.

3. Pink Lady Grapefruit

•1 Grapefruit

•1 Cup of Strawberries

•1 Red Apple

(easy peasy;)

The Refresher contains fiber, vitamins, and minerals along with other plant compounds. Prebiotic effects and promote good gut bacteria.

4. The Refresher

•2 Carrots

•1 Orange

•1 Red Apple

•1/4 Pineapple

•1 Piece of Ginger

This last one is my absolute favorite. Sunset Spice ✨ the “spice” is the warm taste of ginger. My kids and my husband are fans as well so let’s just say this one doesn’t last long in my house. Which is totally fine because the vitamins packed in this juice is just what I need to keep my family well and illness-free!

5. Sunset Spice

•1 Mango

•1 Orange

•1 Piece of Ginger

•1/2 pineapple
